Hi, I’m Amanda, a mom of two energetic boys who keep me moving and motivated every single day. Motherhood has taught me the importance of patience, balance, and finding joy in the little things—even on the most chaotic days.
I’ve worked as a registered nurse for many years, caring for patients and families through some of their most important life moments. Nursing has shaped how I see health—it’s not just about treatment, but about prevention, balance, and building habits that last.
Alongside my nursing career, I’m also a certified fitness instructor. Since I was a child, movement has always been my outlet. I love helping others discover how strong and capable they really are. My approach is simple: health and fitness should fit into your life, not take it over.
Like many parents, I’m constantly trying to balance my career, motherhood, and self-care. Some days are smooth, most are messy, but I’ve learned that progress—not perfection—is what truly matters.
